Over the past 30 years, I have provided therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and their families, offering deep clinical expertise, compassion, and a strong understanding of developmental and relational dynamics. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE), and EMDR.
I spent 18 years working in residential treatment programs, as senior clinician and later as program director. In these roles, I supported youth and families with complex needs, trained multidisciplinary teams, created therapeutic programming, and helped build safe, structured environments. For the past 16 years, I have maintained a private practice where I continue to support, youth, adults, and their families.
I enjoy supporting clients in developing an awareness of their maladaptive thought patterns and behaviors, and teaching adaptive behaviors to increase distress tolerance and the ability to regulate emotion.
