    Individual psychotherapy is a form of therapy that explores how unconscious thoughts, feelings, and early life experiences influence an individual’s current behaviors and emotions.  

    Clients work with their therapist to uncover and understand the role of unconscious mental processes in shaping behaviors and relationships.   The goal of treatment is to help clients gain insight into thoughts, and behaviors, leading to increased self-awareness and the potential for change.
